Need 1994 540i recommendations

Greetings everyone:

	One of my friends has a Dinan enhanced BMW.  He had some questions
about several parts.

1) Oil Filter - I noticed most places sell Mann Filters, are these the
same as OEM or are they of better quality?  Is the Fram sold by Kragen
any good?
2) Spark Plugs - I noticed there is the Bosch Super and then there is the
Bosch Platinum+4, are the Platinum's going to be any better in terms of
lifetime or performance since it's only $1 more per piece.
3) Shocks - My friend has the Koni shocks provided by Dinan, he said they
are adjustable.  Is there a difference between Bilstein and Koni and are
the ones sold by Dinan modified in any way?

	Also, can someone suggest some mail order places that don't charge
a arm and a leg for shipping or those that include free shipping after a
certain amount?
