There is a thermal clutch (bi-metal strip) on the front of the fan, check
thatout to see if it is no longer working.

My cooling fan just stop turning. It just doesn't turn at all. Aside from
that the car runs well.
It doesn't look like it runs off a belt, any ideas why this happened.
