is TopNotch still in business?

Folks,
Does anyone know if TopNotch is still in business?
Their web site (www.topnotchauto.com) has been down all of this week. The
phone number (770-232-0639) listed on my last invoice and in the online
yellow pages has been disconnected. 
They have made an erroneous charge to my credit card on my last order that
needs to be resolved. Plus there is another matter of merchandise return
that I also hoped to discuss with them. But if they are gone, I'll have to
call my bank about that charge instead.
