<E30> Window

I've taken the panel off my 1991 325ic to look at the window motor.  It
appears that the motor is in good shape.  However,  there are 3 teeth
missing from the sprocket that pushes the window up and down.  Is this a
replaceable part.  I've thought about welding material onto it and filing
new teeth into the weld.
