E30 radiators with or without the turbilators?

Anyone know if the replacement Behr aluminium radiators with the the
turbilators are a good idea?
I have a choice.......
The Behr replacement from Spain < no turbilators >
The Behr replacement from South Africa with these plastic spiral
turbilators in the all cooling tubes.......
I/2 Thicker fins with slightly larger tubes.......
