Which octane should I use?

I'm trying to figure out what BMW recommends/specifies for my 528e. My
owner's manual says 87 AKI, or 91 RON. The pumps (at least around here) say
(R+M)/2 method. How do I determine the (R+M)/2 equivalent to the 87 and 91
mentioned above?
