1997 Z3 1.8 accessories

A friend of mine just purchased a '97 Z3 1.9.  She is in need of a few of 
items.  The car didn't come with the owner's manual or service book.  Anyone 
have one lying around or know where to get one for cheap?  

She is also longing for remote entry.  Where is everyone getting these?  Best 
price etc.  Is the factory unit with the alarm?  

Last item is is the cd changer.  Factory unit is preferred.  The car is of 
course pre-wired for both the remote entry and cd player.  Any leads 
appreciated.  I should have mentioned this first.  The lack of her own tunes 
are killing her.

Here is a wish list and was curious on prices:

Roll hoops like the newer cars.
Rear spoiler.
Clear side markers.

Does anyone have interesting items they would like to sell for this car?
