euro intake performance

Well installed the euro air intake and jcchip package this weekend that I 
purchased from turnermotorsports (approx. $1100). Let me say first off that 
I am very disappointed as to the so called performance increase that this 
package is supposedly claim of offering especially after forking out that 
amount of cash. The heat shieding and the plumbing looks like some 
elementary class molded it from some plaster. The only thing I've noticed is 
that the car growls a little louder in the higher rpm. I've not experienced 
no significant increase in horsepower to say that I was impressed, to be 
honest the car still feels the same. I hit the gas and it still takes awhile 
for it to get up to speed. The cop that pulled me over however seemed to 
think that the package works fine, he said that he was doing 100mph and he 
could not even close the gap between me and him(he was in grand prix). He 
asked me if it were not for the traffic up ahead he did not think i would of 
stopped, I had no comment. After writing me three tickets (one for wreckless 
driving) and sending me on my merry way I thought to myself hmmm maybe this 
thing does kick ass, NOT!
I was not looking for any phenomenal increase in performance but I was 
expecting something more, and no i'm not taking out my agression on tms I am 
just telling it as I experienced it. For all the other postings I read of 
people who installed this package and they were "blown away" by this product 
I wish I could've experienced it the way you did.
