1986 535i for sale

The good:

Beautiful black paint
Pearl Beige Interior
All power options work including sunroof (no leaks either)
Alpine removable face CD player with remote
A/C blows nice and cold
5 speed transmission


The not so good:

No 1st and 2nd gear, not sure what the problem is but suspect it will need
replace/rebuild.
drivers door has been keyed but it looks straight and relatively easy to fix
drivers seat has rip about 6" long
rear seat has a 1" seam where the stitching has ripped, otherwise looks
almost unused.
Engine runs very strong and easily passed smog but stalls every so often at
idle and does idle rough (ICV?)
280k miles, previous owner says he replaced the cylinder head but no
receipt - again, very strong runner
will need batteries replaced in the inspection reminder board
will need lamp replaced in the OBC
Idler arm and center link worn - need replace
Brake bomb needs replace

Car located in Sacramento - $2000
