<E30>ignition timing spec, '84 323i

Hi all,

I am playing with an '84 E30 323 for a buddy and trying to get it dialed in 
for smog.  Yeah, I know, dream on.  I can't find the ignition timing spec for 
this car anywhere.  The usual sources aren't going well, as it's a grey 
market car.  Any info would be appreciated.
