Squeaking M3

I have this annoying noise coming from my engine area. It used to do it when the car was cold and go
away after it got to op. temp. Now it seems to be the opposite. The car will heat up and the noise will
start. Sounds like a high pitched whine, which escalates when I rev the engine. My guess would be a belt
needs changing. Anybody know?
