Yes,  spend the extra hundred dollars and buy a Valentine One instead.
You won't be sorry.   After using several other high-end detectors through
the years the V1 is by far the best tool for the job.  Some will disagree,
but the vast majority of detector users will recommend the V1 or nothing.
