Article material needed

Hey gang, I'm working on a chapter newsletter and I was hoping to query the
collective list on some information for a sort of tech advice list on
winter weather.  Brief comments on the following topics would be greatly
appriciated.

Winter Car Care- (I.e. Let the car warm before driving, checking fluids,
don't use high-pressure washes in freezing weather, etc)

Winter/hazardous condition driving- (I.e. If you lock your wheels you can't
steer, keep weight in trunk, etc)

Emergency considerations-  (I.e.  keep a blanket in the car, road hazard
lights/reflectors, car starter, etc)
