Didn't E30 iC's come with five cross-spoke 14x6.5 BBS style wheels? Thus the
round hole spare wheel pictured is also incorrect.

All decent size TX dealers title cars in their name and later sell them with
temporary tags.
Private party or small Repo resellers sell cars with original license
plates.
