The lock cylinder is easy to replace. Check my WWW site for procedure and

It is easy to key the new lock to your old key. All parts come in the kit.
$40 from the dealer.

So should I just have the lock cylinders changed? Anyone know a good place to
do this in East San Diego? Or is it not to hard for the driveway mechanic? Any
help would be great.
