Removal of window tinting

I have a 95 M3 with window tinting that is starting to breakdown on the rear 
window.....ie vision is distorting.  It is starting to get to me and I want 
it all removed.

Is there a shop in Northern Virginia/Washington, DC area that is careful and 
does a good job?  I am most concerned with the removal off the rear 
glass....concerned over damage to the antenna/heated rear window fibers.
