E30 glovebox latch

  I just had to "drill-out" grandma's latch on her 85' 735.  They use the
same latch as the E30.  The internal "bell-crank" which is moved by the
motion of the "hand-grasp" had totally broken-away, so the external hand
motion wasn't getting thru to the inards.
