Replaced O2 sensor, still have problem?

I replaced the O2 sensor. It cost me $96. And the code is still coming up 
that the O2 sensor is broken.When i turn the key to the on postion and watch 
the check engine light blink. It blinks twice fast and then pauses and then 
twice again and pauses and then just stays on. I beleive this is the second 
falt sode which is the O2 sensor. I replaced the O2 sensor and the code 
still comes up O2 sensor. So im stuck.Any help would be appreciated. Thank
