Front Tire tic, after change

I just changed my tires and a new weird nose from the front left tire area has been driving me crazy. It only happens are about 10mph, and only while accelerating.
I raised the car and spun the tire and the noise sounds like a wheel weight falling off and "tinking" against the rim, but will stop then tink again only as the wheel spins fast enough, it doesn't above 20mph (or I can't hear it). I also have a 15% left on my front
brake pads.

Any ideas?
