Recalls

	In the latest Roundel, saw a letter to the Tech Talk column about
recalls.  It caused me to go to http://www.alldata.tsb.com/recalls/ which
is a good site to check out recalls and tech service bulletins for just
about any make/model/year car.

	Among the recalls, I found this wording and haven't a clue to what
it refers.  Anyone know???  Curiously, the same wording appears for May 97
and Oct 96 for my 96 328 _and_ for my 92 525i.
