eta upgrades

I'm looking into putting a 323i head on my 325es. I already have 325i intake
and exhaust manifolds, looking for a head. I installed a 3.46 LSD from a
6er, too. How do the 323i ports differ from eta and 325i ports? I know most
people have moved on from the old eta's, but the stroker just seems to need
a little more top end to be a great motor.
