Emblem

I need some help.  I was detailing my 88 M3 and took off the BMW emblem on the
trunk lid.  It had two prongs and I thought that the M3 emblem would have the
same thing,  but it turns out that it was only held on by adhesive.  I,  of
course,  found this out after it was too late to stop.
Is there something I can use to adhere the emblem back to the car or do I have
to buy a whole new one?
