Well, I have to take exception to your response to them. They didn't say
"...don't feel like driving..." but "...don't feel like thinking about where
you are going..." in the context of directions to one's destination.

Having said that, it would appear that since this is the GM OnStar service,
but they are offering it to anyone (instead of only GM cars with the OnStar
system), that this would involve using the cellphone while driving. As you
said in your response, THAT is unsafe.
