Dinan chip with Jim C CAI

I have a Dinan chip in my 95 M3(came with the car when I bought it). I am 
thinking on getting a Jim C cold air intake (possibly with the mass flow air 
sensor if not now,later). My question is will I have to get the Dinan 
chipped reprogrammed with this new addition (CAI with/wo mass flow sensor)? 
Eventually I will get the Jim C chip as well because I am not to impressed 
with the Dinan chip.
