The big problem with headlights on all the time is that yes, it increases
*automobile* safety, but actually *decreases* motorcycle safety.  When bikes
were the only ones with lights on during the day, it made them more
noticeable...now they just blend it amongst all the silly Volvos, Saturns,
et al.

Don't *even* get me started on SUVs.
