With help I have determined that these are:

They look in great shape, and indeed came off a wrecked E31. They have
Perelli P4000's mounted and have lots of tread left.I am forwarding this
for a internet-impaired friend. Please respond back if interested. Would
take $200 per wheel, located in So Cal.
