E46 Radio Set-Up Codes

Hi there,

has anyone compiled a list of the various codes and options of the BMW
in-dash Business CD (non HK upgrade) that can be manipulated in "set-up"
more (i.e. holding the 'm' button for 10 seconds)? All I've been able to
determine was the speed sensitive volume (which I have yet to test).
It's a Canadian model, if that makes a difference.
