<E36> Brake job questions

Hi All,
I am about to do a Rotor/Pad replacement on my E36.
Other than Rotors and Pads is there anything else I
need to replace while I have everything taken apart?
Do the brake sensor need to be replaced if the brake
light hasn't coame on? Is there anything in the
caliper needs to be replaced?
BTW. If anyone is interested in factory parts at
wholesale price let me know and I can hook you up with
a good source.
