WTB auto M-3 convertible

hello all-

looking for a super-clean, no-hit M-3A convertible.  low miles and no
paintwork are a real must, and i'm located on florida's west coast and
geographical convenience would help a great deal.  most problematically,
i'm looking for a car from a a dealer so i can trade a clean, straight, M-B
maintained (with +++ receipts) '92 300SL with 127,000 miles.  please let me
know if any of you have/have seen such an animal.  i know this is a tall
order, so any leads would be appreciated.
