95 E34 mystery no start

I purchased a 95 525 that had been hit in the rear and partially
disassembled( gas tank, rear end and rear interior, etc.) by the body shop
that was going to do the work. I straighten out the body and have
reassembled the car, but to my dismay I have a no start situation. The
lights on the dash and the heater blower motor, plus the headlights come on,
that's all. No power to the seats, windows, keyless entry.
I have looked at a couple of books, but they have been useless. Please get
me started in the right direction.
