e30 tailights interchangable? body work

The shop will be doing some repair on my 86'325e. I
got lightly hit from behind on right corner.  He will
be sourcing rear tailights for me. 

Questing: Will the newer lights from say 91' 318 fit
right in. If so I would like to replace both sides
with the newer tailights. any rough $$ on used
tailights?

Rear bumber will need to be replaced too. Again will
the newer one peice body colored bumpers fit right
onto my e30?

i have soft urethane side skirts that are falling
apart body shop says they are hard to repaint and
remount. considering getting new fiber glass ones.
Questiong: my car will be getting sprayed, would now
be a good time to get car repainted? or clear coated?
paint is still pretty good, but i'm just considering.
