1994 325is window malfunction

need help in isolating a problem with my drivers' window on a 94 325is , this car having the self lowering window when the door is opened, however mine is now lowering while driving as if the door is being opened and the dome light comes on.  this seems to only happen in the morning while it is still cold, temp around 40 degrees, also the locks will not lock, however once the temp gets up to 60-70 the locks start working and the window stops lowering. also the manuel lowering of the window an inch or so stops the self lowering and stops the light from coming on.

any help aprreciated
