looking for a mechanic

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, i.e. Hercules, which is about 18 miles
North of Oakland.  I recently purchased a 86 325es and have taken it to the
BMW dealer in Concord several times.  I can't take another one of their
invoices with its' horrendous labor charges.  Does anyone know of a good
mechanic in my area.  It could be a regular shop or someone working out of
their garage.
