<E21> FS: Close ratio stearing rack from 323i

According Jeremy Walton's "BMW 3 Series" book, this should
be a 19:1 rack (vs. the 21:1 in the 320i).

This is a non-power rack from an '82 323i w/ 82kmi.

I'll take $100 + shipping.
