E28 CLICKing noise.

Hey everyone. I've got an 86 535i which has just had all its front-end
bushings replaced, new brakes, rotors, etc. The car is tight and runs
great,
however, once in a while in a parking lot I'll hear a large CLICK noise
from
the front end (I think). I can't feel anything in the wheel, but it seems
to
happen when I'm breaking and turning.

Anyone heard of this, or have a theory as to what it might be. Thanks for
any input!
