E28 tire sizes & Dunlop vs Pirelli

Hello everyone ,
        I am looking to upgrade the tires on my '88 535i , currently the
car has some 195-60-15 Bridgestones on it but they are lower end and
lack
serious grip . So my question is , will I be able to fit a 205-50-15
on the car without clearance problems (the wheels are 15x7 approx zero
offset) and which would be the better tire , the Dunlop SP8000 or the
Pirelli P700Z (both of these choices are based on what I can afford to 
spend )
