E36 seats in E30

My 4 door E30 seats are worn and finding good replacement ones for E30's
is difficult these days.
I would like to fit the better looking and supportive E36 4 door seats.
I know these dont directly bolt in, but ive heard of a few people who
have had it done to their E30's. Just wondering what mods to either the
seats or floor are needed to do this.
