85 528E Heat problem (Solved)

 Hi,
         I like to report that the heat problem that I experinced
through the front dash board is indeed
due to a bad heat control valve.  I replaced the valve ( whcih costs ~
$40) and all is well. I received
severl helpful messages about how to locate/fix the problem.....
