<WTB> 96+ M3 takeoff suspension

I have a net-impaired friend with a 328i who would like her car to feel
like my modified 325is.
For starters I think a M3 transplant would be a good starting point.
Anyone have a set (springs/shox/bars) collecting dust ?
If you are in the SF Bay Area, even better. I can pick it up at our
mutual convenience.
