<e39> Advise on '97 5 Series?

	Hi Digestors, my brother just put a deposit on a used '97 540iA
for $38800 out the door.  The car seems fine and has the premium package,
chrome 15" wheels, premium sound, and ASC.  I'm not really familiar with
the 5 series to know what and how the package is, just that the price was
really good (kelly's blue book was around 35xxx).  I'm curious if some
digestors may have some opinions concerning the car or if there should be
anything to look out for?  It has around 44,000 miles, and is BMW
Certified where it should be covered till 2003.  If anyone has any input,
please e-mail me privately as soon as possible.  We are picking up the car
tomorrow and i want to make sure evreything is good.  Thanks.
