My dealer today just received detailed 2000 5-series invoice pricing today and it is NOT a straight 3% increase as previously thought. Turns out base on the non-sport 540iA I've ordered is a is a 2.73% increase from 1999. As a quick review of the options I've ordered, it went from a 14.7 decrease on fold-down rear seats to an 8.66 decrease on the Nav system to a 3.4% increase for Park Distance Control.
