Steve - 

You really have two options: 

Option 1 - live with it. :-( Waxing your wheels will make it easier to get
the brake dust off.  Usually mild soap and water is enough to get the dust
off, but if you use a wheel cleaner, be sure to use something mild like
P21s or whatever Steve D'G (Ultimate Garage) or Larry Reynolds (Car Care
Specialties) recommend.

Option 2 - change your pads to something that dusts less.  For street use,
probably the most recommended pad is the PBR Deluxe.  However, some people
have reported problems with squealing, but others have been fine - I'd
suggest using either anti-squeal shims or goop when you install the pads.
