89 E34 Dashboard Back Lights?

	The park/drive indicator does not light up on my 1989 525I E34.  I
have heard that there are back light bulbs that make 
	the indicator light up.  It does work because I can see it in the
day light.  Can anyone tell me for sure?  And if so, is this a job for a
highly common sensed novice?
