HAIL storm here in Atlanta. Can anyone tell me about DENT WIZZARD and their
experiences with them? How much should I expect to pay?

My response:
Brian:
Sorry to hear about the hail damage to your BMW.
I've had some experience with the Dent Wizard and a competitor to the DW used
by my BMW dealer. Although I can't speak to the work of your particular Dent
Wizard franchisee, I can tell you the process has worked well for me.
My experience is limited to door dings on my '94 325i. I could not be more
satisfied with the work. Several dings were removed without a trace. It is my
understanding that the DW needs to be able to "get behind" the dent to
properly fix it. However, he was able to remove a ding at the very edge of my
door, (in an area where the access is almost completely limited) so almost
anything is possible.
Here in the land of outrageous prices, (Westchester County, NY) I pay about
$130 per panel. (Still less than a bodyshop fill/respray and my original
paint remains untouched!)
Again, this is experience with more than one "Dent Wizard" franchisee and a
competitor whose name I don't know... You might want to ask for refs from
someone who's worked with DW in your area. Check out www.dentwiz.com for
information.
Good luck.
