  Finally got around to ordering a Lincoln 2 ton W93642 jack.  From A&I 
1-800-260-2647 they are still $288.00 with free shipping ($409.00 retail).  
They do add a $2.95 insurance fee.  $290.95 delivered USA.  They had 14 in
