<M20 B27> 'i cam



Hoo boy!  Watch out on this one!

Vince wrote that he has a 6000 rpm redline with the 'i cam in the 'e
motor.  Note that the 'e valve springs are fairly soft (for
efficiency).  If you start running 'em at higher rpms, you could
encounter some valve float (=bad!).  Upgrade to 'i springs if you go
with the 'i cam.

Also, the crank in the 'e is fairly weak...  If you go the 'i cam
route, the best idea is to get a crank from a 524td and throw it in
there -- it's forged and much more robust.

(Vince: I'm not flaming you, just pointing out that you have to be
careful with running the Eta at higher revs.)
