I had the same problem and looked all over Silicon Valley for the 7mm Allen wrench. The solution was to take a bolt with the proper
head size to fit the hex and weld it to an old 3/8 socket. It works fine. If you don't have access to a welder sometimes holding the
bolt with Vice-Grips will work. If you are a purest Snap-on or Hazet will have them if you are willing to wait.
