H&R OE Sport Springs

Hi. Does anybody have any comments on the H&R OE Sport springs? They
claim to lower 1" on the front and 0.5" on the rear of a 325/8i. Is this
true? Turner motorsport says they do somewhere around 0.25". But I'm
thinking that they are referring to a sport package vehicle (which sits
lower to begin with).
