[E28] eta/M20 head replacement

Hello all,
	I want to replace the head on my 528e because of several worn cam lobes
and rocker arms.  I have already found a replacement head, but wondered if
there were any other items I should check or replace at the same time?  Someone
mentioned that Torx head bolts were a good idea at $30 from BavAuto.  What else
do I need?  The timing belt was replaced 1 year (10-12k) ago, should I replace
that as well?  I know a new head gasket is necessary, but should I also buy new
valve cover gaskets too?  Thanks for all and any advice!
