Anyone purchased an extended warranty through "Warranty Gold"?

Has anyone purchased or had experience with extended warranties through a company called "Warranty Gold"?
They reportedly sell direct and thus are less expensive than through the dealerships. They have a website at www.warrantygold.com.
They are recommended or has some sort of relationship with Edmunds' website. So far that I found, they have the cheapest and most comprehensive extended warranty for my car 95 540ia, better than the local dealerships.
